In my opening sequence the use of natural sunlight was utilized .As the entire story takes place within the bedroom that belongs to Mary Anne .The sunlight sweeping through the windows was used as the brightness of the room symbolized Mary anne sweet and kind nature yet when the shadows fall nearer to they end the darkness that contradicts the light is a snapshot of Mary Anne duality as though she may seem beautiful like a rose .she carries deadly thorns .The high key lighting in the beginning
heavily contrasts against the shadows and the darkness formed when adam ia about to be revelead
her back is to the light this is done to show her true personality one that is against the light.When Adam is revealed there is light on him this is used in order to show that he is not someone who’s nature is evil.
When she wakes up to look at her phone there are heavy shadows falling on her face this was to give a hint to the audience about the duality of her nature.
No artificial form of lighting was used during the making of this sequence .
